Donation Refund Policy
How to request a refund, what qualifies, and how quickly we respond.
Thank you for supporting Al Basar USA. We are committed to using every donation responsibly to restore sight and serve those in need.
Because donations are used to support our charitable programs, they are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen.
Refund requests
We will consider a refund if:

A donation was made by mistake.

A duplicate donation was processed.

An incorrect donation amount was submitted.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date.
How to request a refund
Please email info@albasarusa.org with:

Donation receipt or transaction details

The reason for your request
Our team will review each request promptly and respond as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Refunds cannot be issued for donations that have already been allocated or used to support ongoing or completed charitable programs, unless required by law.
